I02 is one of five macromolecular crystallography (MX) beamlines at Diamond. I02 is a tuneable beamline with a working wavelength range of 0.68 - 2.48 Å. The standard working energy is 12.658 keV which provides a wavelength of 0.979 Å and a focussed beam size of 80 x 20 um (FWHM). As with all the MX beamlines, I02 uses SPINE standard pins and Unipucks.
MX bag traing registration open until 13th June. Register here
Remote access available on all MX beamlines at all times since January 2013
428 structures have been published from I02: 21 so far structures in 2013.
I02 will take first users after the shut down on Friday 21st April.
